Has anyone used this service for transfer between Venice and Trieste?  Is it reliable?

I used their shared shuttle just over a year ago. They were excellent.

Do you remember what their luggage policy was? Couldn't find that information on the website.

Last year, while in London, I scheduled a shared service ride to Southampton. At the last minute, I learned that they only allowed 1 large bag per person. (I would like to be able to do that, it's just not a reality for our situation).  They did allow us to upgrade to "private" transportation which worked out just as well.

I don't remember it ever coming up.  We were 4 people with 4 large suitcases and 4 smaller bags.  You can probably find the information on their website.
