Queen Anne Southampton Arrival

My Cunard grapevine informs me that Queen Anne is now scheduled to arrive at Southampton on the morning of Saturday 27th April 2024.

 

Hopefully there will be plenty of photo opportunity that day to welcome her on her Maiden Call to Southampton.

Annoying that Iona is in Ocean Terminal that day. But will be grand on 28th to see her with QM2 and QV

I see Queen Anne has successfully completed her sea trials.

If it can't be the Ocean Terminal, at least it should be the QEII.

 

I hope at least that the maiden TA sales from the Ocean Terminal.

That would be my bet as well Poole Boy.

 

A berth often used to showcase new ships and those sailing on an 'out of the ordinary' cruise.

 

I well remember Queen Mary 2 sailing from Berth 101 (City Terminal) on her 175th Anniversary Cruise....

I am due in Southampton on the 27th and boarding QV on the 28th. I am staying outside the city so I will have to wait until Sunday to see her (if I can wait and don't make a special trip into the centre).
