Wifi, concierge class- alaska solstice

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hi. Just booked a cruise for my family. We are in the concierge class on solstice and Oceanview (we have 3 cabins). We will need wifi. Does the concierge class include any of the things in the "premium access" add on? I was looking at it and it has a disclaimer that some rooms already have this. I can't find the info tho .

Thanks!

What does the OP need to do?   To do video or voice calling you will need to purchase the premium streaming WIFI package.  Simply emails and texting the surf package will work fine.

A concierge cabin is (oversimplified) a veranda cabin with a couple of extras like more Captain's Club points.

Go to the Celebrity website to see the difference between cabins.

Be advised also that wifi of any kind in Alaska can be very spotty,  even in port. I've sailed Celebrity there many times and even with Starlink it's been some of our worst wifi. Remote areas so sometimes difficulty connecting.
