Ensenada port and shuttle into town

Where do you get the shuttle into town and how much does it cost?  Do they accept US dollars or do you need pesos?  Are there any tours you can book at the pier or only pre booked tours?  Not sure what we want to do yet.

The shuttle to town (it is short walk if you want to skip the shuttle) was $4 pp (US) last May.  I think it was a round trip fare.

 

When we took the shuttle in Dec 2022, they dropped us off at a bus station that had multiple tours being offered.  But May 2023, they dropped us off on a street a couple of blocks from the bus station.  I do not know why the change in locations.

 

The shuttle was right in front of the cruise passenger terminal.

There are two shuttles. $4 round trip (lost your ticket $1). Both leave from the port area ( behind the closed down shops). And both go downtownish. Don’t feel like paying downtown is a short walk away.
