FloaterGirl Posted March 17 #1 Share Posted March 17 Hi all, does anyone know what Oriental Corner at the Lido Market is? It’s on our daily program on the app but there is no description. I’m wondering if it’s something special in addition to the usual Asian buffet offerings? thank you!
CruiserBruce Posted March 17 #2 Share Posted March 17 Its a section where various Asian type dishes are offered...some prepared in front of you. They will have sushi, rice, things like sweet and sour pork, etc. The menu changes daily.
SilvertoGold Posted March 17 #3 Share Posted March 17 We love this area of the Lido. Excellent Indian dishes (don't forget the naan, pappadum or whatever breads they have on offer). Thai, Chinese, Japanese, quite a variety. Dishes change daily. Also, fruit salad, sushi. Most are a bit salty and soame are spicy but ahrd to go wrong there.
Blackduck59 Posted March 18 #4 Share Posted March 18 I just re-read the OP and it seems to imply that the term "Oriental Corner" was used in the Navigator App. So while many were debating the "political correctness" (including me to a degree); we all missed the reference as to where the term was used in relation to the original question. 1
