Carnival Milestone?

Recommended Posts

We're at 22 cruises, just curious if Carnival still has the milestone program? If so, does the rewards occur on the 25th or after? Thank You.

Thanks for the link. I notice that the website states "Milestone Rewards Program denotes a guest’s 25th, 50th 75th and 100th revenue cruise with Carnival." I wonder what is considered a "Revenue Cruise" and if any of the Casino Free Cabin Offers count toward the milestone or not?

Yes, the casino $200 Deposit/$200 OBC count because you are paying cruise fare, just getting it back.

I think a non-revenue cruise would be something like a TA going on a free cruise or if you won a free cruise on Wheel of Fortune or something. You aren't paying anything for those cruises.

Even on a free casino rate you're still paying for the room, you're just paying a heavily discounted rate and getting what you did pay back in the form of OBC.

One you pay for as opposed to getting credit for Carnival cancelled action or at times they gift a cruise.

We also just did our 25th. We were told that we could use it on that cruise or any after that. We opted for our next cruise since it was more expensive . We did get the one time special white sail and sign cards though!

We just did a B2B on Legend.  The first part was our 25th, and as we expected, we got the one-time special milestone card with the red & blue stripe.  What was totally unexpected was that on the second cruise of the B2B (number 26), we also got the ONE-TIME special milestone card.  I never expected that linking the two cruises would cause both to get the fancy card.☺️

Unfortunately, they do.

You can use your milestone credit on your milestone cruise. I just used it and received the OBC on my 25th cruise on the Legend this summer. It was the 12 night Northern European cruise and it was the most expensive I had planned. I Just called the milestone desk after I made the final payment and they handled it seamlessly. The OBC showed up in my account a couple of days prior to the cruise.

My next cruise is my 24th. I'm going to make sure its a good one for the milestone!

We did not use our 25th or 50th on that cruise, but rather saved it for a more expensive cruise, to get the bigger value of the OBC.  Just a thought,

I used mine in my 25th only because it was an expensive cruise otherwise I would have saved it. I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that it could be used on the milestone cruise even though Carnival’s web site says it’s the cruise after the milestone that the OBC is available.
