No, the bands are meant for ships with RFID technology (Oasis and newer).

Oasis was refitted? The last time I was aboard the cabin doors still used magnetic strip technology.

Yes, during her amp. I assume Allure will finally get that as well during her dry dock, though RCI may cheapen out and skip that.

Outside of "magically" opening your cabin door without your S&S card, these are pretty useless.Many bars and restaurants have you take them off to use.  Gets to be a bit of a pain in the wrist.
