Taku Lodge, Feast and 5 Glacier Seaplane

Does this excursion usually sell out?  I have some OBC that I would like to use towards it but am afraid if I wait until I am on the ship it will be sold out. Not sailing until May 2025.  Would appreciate any input on this excursion from those who have done it!

I cruise to Alaska in September and that excursion has been sold out for at least a month.

The flight over the Juneau ice field was amazing and the locally caught king salmon was delicious.  The iced tea is chilled with fresh glacier ice floating in front of the lodge.  There are a very limited number of planes allowed and not a lot of seating in the dining room.  I enjoyed the excursion and the photo ops were incredible.  The bears that normally come to look for leftovers were on Spring Break when I was there.

it's almost certain to sell out early, based on what others have said. I'm sailing next month and that excursion, as well as many others, have been sold out for months. I just looked at excursions today just to see, and there's only a handful with openings.

Yes it sells out. It is one of the more popular excursions (with limited space) in Juneau.

If you really want to go, I'd just book through the company.  I did that for our Juneau port day and it was cheaper than cruiseline plus they had some alternate times.

We have done this excursion 3 times-all booked directly with Taku Lodge. May want to call them @ 907-586-6275.
