Unable to view Dining on the Royal app

I will be sailing in September. When I try to look at the Dining options this message pops up. 
We’re putting the finishing touches on your cruise. Check back for updated information. 
The options were there weeks ago and then disappeared. Same for the Spa services. This has not been an issue with the app before.

I've had the same problem for a couple of weeks.

 

EDIT:  and just as I type that, I go to the app and it asked me to login again.  I can now at least see the restaurants and menus but still can't make a reservation.

Are you sailing soon?  I can see restaurants in the app but no menus.  Have not been able to see menus in the app at for this reservation.

In about 6 weeks.  I can make reservations online but not in the app.

You can see menus in the app though?  I sail in a few weeks and can't see menus yet.  No big deal as we aren't going to eat in the MDR that much but no menus in app for MDR or restaurants yet.

I couldn't for about 2 weeks but can now as of today.

 

Try to uninstall the app and reinstall.

Now I can make dining and entertainment reservations in the app.  I couldn't do either yesterday.

Or switch to a different cruise and back.  Reloads whatever is currently available for that cruise.
