Ginger Beer?

Anyone ever have issues bringing on cans of ginger beer? We'll be on the Magic later this month and want to carry on non-alcoholic ginger beer embarkation day.

I suspect that it will all come down to the knowledge of the security person screening it. If they recognize that the ginger beer you have is non-alcoholic they'll let it go. If they don't recognize it they will confiscate it. You might be able to point out that it doesn't contain alcohol but they aren't going to spend a lot of time on the issue- they have thousands of people to screen.

No more than you would with bringing a six pack of root beer.  Go for the Dark and Stormy.

Learned something new today. I don't like ginger beer so never looked too closely at it and didn't realize it's like root beer in that it doesn't have alcohol.

There are also ginger beers with alcohol.

Off topic, but just in case you want to know, Carnival Panorama and Venezia both carry Gosling's Ginger Beer in their bars.  Cost is approx $4 (+18%) per can.

 

They add lime juice to their Dark and Stormy, which addition I do not care for.

Do you know if they have gosling rum to go with it ?
