2025 Legendary Danube

Hello.  We have booked this cruise on AmaWaterways. Legendary Danube on the AmaReina.  I do not see many people mention it.  Have you done a river cruise on this ship? How was it?

AmaReina is part of the class that includes AmaCerto, AmaPrima, AmaReina, AmaSerena, AmaSonata, & AmaVenita.  Any reviews or mentions of any of those ships would apply equally to the AmaReina ship, although the crews will vary.

If you are interested in descriptions/reviews of the port stops on Ama, I did "Magna on the Danube" which is essentially the same as "Romantic Danube", as the first week of the "Grand Danube". This has a very similar itinerary to the one you are doing. (The second week is "Gens of Southeast Europe").

Ive been on both AMASerena and and AMAPrima of this ship type.  They are good ships.

 

Spent a lot of time at the bow end of the lounge just watching the rivers go by.
