Are menus fleet wide?

Looking at menus, but unsure if they are fleet wide regardless of US/Med?

Short and simple answer: No, they are not fleetwide. Even on European cruises the menus are different from ship to ship.

You can read Live From threads for your ship and hypothesize that they will be the same for your sailing.  Sailing from the US they will mostly be the same.  I just posted the first five days on my current thread, which is only on day 2!  EM

We never found a menu on the app while we were on board.

 

Not saying they aren't there somewhere but we never found them. We had to go to each venue and scan the QR code which loads up a PDF that's hosted on mscwifi.com so they could only be seen while on the boat connected to their hotspot.

They are there. Just have to find them which isn't that hard. When you board the menus for the whole week are there. As each night passes, that night's menu is no longer available to view. This is only available on the "ship".
