I figured I'd get something I could print...but didn't. It is alot of money. What proof will I have to chase Princess if I don't get the refunds? Rare Paula_MacFan Posted August 5 #2 Share Posted August 5 We've had to cancel a few excursions over the years and have never gotten any confirmation either. While I wish they would provide something, we've never had any issues getting our refund to the original payment source, usually within a week. I always keep a current copy of the Travel Summary and make notes of the dates excursions are booked and cancelled, if applicable. If you don't get a refund within a week or so I'd follow up, but we've always gotten ours in a reasonable time frame. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
