Rare KKB Posted August 8 #1 Share Posted August 8 (edited) If I don't log in, I can search cruises endlessly. But if I log in, all I get is error messages. Rare PacnGoNow Posted August 9 #3 Share Posted August 9 As @Sprocketsays clear your cache/history or change browsers. If this doesn’t help, call in to Princess and pick the prompt for ocean ready. Recently had a rep that was helpful. Log in issues, may require a ticket forwarded to IT to help. If you have a TA/CVP they may be able to escalate. I’ve not had issues. Website works for me. SCX22 Posted August 9 #4 Share Posted August 9 Agree with the above advice. Princess seems to be running two versions of their site at the moment. If using Chrome, a newer version of their site is used. If using Firefox, the older version of the site is used. Maybe the new site is being beta tested on Chrome? If you look at the Cruise Personalizers for the same cruise below, there is a difference depending on the browser used; the top is the newer version that populates when logged in using Chrome; the bottom is the old version that populates when logged in using FireFox. This is having cleared all types of browsing data on both browsers, including cache. Note the changes between the two. Some of the tabs have been changed (ie, there is a "Packages" tab and "Itinerary" has been moved next to "Luggage Tag and Travel Summary" in Chrome, the difference in the main graphics, etc.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

latebloomer56 Posted August 16 #7 Share Posted August 16 I did and called because got no response through my booking other than somebody will contact me within 5-7 days. Got the same thing with service rep I spoke to. Could log into our booking but things were not showing. TA could see them I couldn't plus with password not working and multiple bookings had to go into each separately. Went on for a month never called never fixed had email so know they could contact us. Gave up completely, started from scratch using my husbands information got a new password and now have all our information including Captain Circle which was missing.
