Rare Ideb Posted August 12 #1 Share Posted August 12 Hello, is there a place to put the booking number in on the app? If so, I can't find it. I just booked over the phone and the rep gave me a booking number. I still haven't received an email confirmation about booking the cruise and I can't log into the website right now. akaCruiser Posted August 12 #2 Share Posted August 12 Usually, shortly after the booking has been made and a deposit received, an email with the booking details are sent by email. I find that it may take between 15 mins to an hour before it shows up in your inbox. As for the website or app, it normally will take a few hours to register into the systems. Just need to be patient, which is always hard to do with a new cruise booking 🙂.

I've only booked with Royal Caribbean and Carnival and as soon as I booked with them I received a confirmation email so that's why I'm concerned something is wrong. Rare Ideb Posted August 12 Author #6 Share Posted August 12 Update: I just now received an email confirmation. I called earlier and asked some questions. The rep said I was booked but it might take until the end of the day to receive an email. Also, they had to correct my name in their system before I can log into my account and it may take 24 hours. A piggyback question for you: If more than one person in the same cabin on the same booking has Carnival stock, can they all get on board credit? Thrak Posted August 12 #7 Share Posted August 12 Stock is one per cabin. Period. FCD can be used by all passengers but stock is a "one and done".

In my past experience with Carnival it was only one per cabin but the person I spoke to from Princess today told me everyone in the cabin that has stock can get on board credit. I was afraid that wouldn't be the case, but it's okay. What is FCD?

About future cruise deposit You can purchase a Future Cruise Deposit (FCD) on board as part of our Future Cruise Deposit Program. The Future Cruise Deposit is a reduced deposit of $100 per person that secures a booking until final payment and gives the guest up to $150 Onboard Credit! You’ll have up to a year to book your cruise with your preferred Travel Advisor or Cruise Vacation Planner or directly through Princess. If you don’t book during that time, we’ll automatically refund the FCD to the credit card used to purchase the deposit.

Both military and stock OBC are now non refundable. So be sure to use it all or lose it. Last cruise we put most of our OBC into the casino and cashed out what was left (we don't really gamble a lot 🤣).
