Haven't decided between premium & premium access wifi on celebrity--does everyone in cabin has to do the premium access one? That would make a difference. Thanks!

no they dont, its not like the drink package where all have to have it.  You can purchase it for one

That's  not correct.  the T & C's for Premier Access specify that pass must be purchased for every guest over age 6.

I don't think they're talking about Premier Access. They're talking about premium wifi

A component of Premier Access is premium wi-fi for 2 devices which is why I thought they were deciding between premium wi-fi vs premier access which incluldes w-fi for 2 devices.

I thought it might be that.

Perhaps the better question is, are there exceptions?  With the drink package, reportedly if you call in and tell them someone's sober, that person won't need to purchase the drink package.  Is that untruthful?  Not if the person was currently sober when the drink package request was made as the definition of "sober" isn't bound to any timeline

I guess if someone is not sailing there could be an exception made but if someone is sailing in the cabin then everyone in the cabin must purchase if they are over 6  years of age.  What would be the justification for an exemption if they are still sailing?
