11:35 Am Departure- Mco/ Orlando

Looking for advice,  if we have an arranged departure shuttle ready to pick us up at 8:00am, can we make an Air Canada flight at 11:35am?

Probably.  But it's not going to be a relaxing trip. MCO is huge and busy, and you are flying international.

Doubtful. Everything will have to work exactly right, including CBP and getting through check in and security at MCO. You might make it but you will be rushing the whole time until you are at the gate.

We agree.  TSA was really bogged down with people with kids.  Long lines and slow to process.
