PapaSquatch Posted September 13 #1 Share Posted September 13 We base our cruises off of where they are going. We are trying to hit all the locations in the Caribbean and the Bahamas. In 10 trips, we have hit a great many of them, some repeatedly. I have searched online both in print and in maps/images looking for list of all cruise ports available. I do find several that list many of the ports, but they obviously leave out ports as well. So far, one list I have found gives me 11 Western Caribbean, 10 Eastern Caribbean and 9 Southern Caribbean, with 5 more in Bahamas. While another list that does not break them down by E, W or S gives me 87 different ports. Does anyone know of a complete list of cruise ports for the Bahamas and the Caribbean? We're not concerned with the cruise line nor with the size of ship said port can handle. Thank you for your time and I will continue my searching. CruiserBruce Posted September 13 #3 Share Posted September 13 Look here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/456-caribbean/ Also be aware that many "Caribbean" ports are actually in the Atlantic, like the Bahamas ports, and on your list, Key West.

And it is funny, and I'm not sure I get it, but the Bahamas are actually considered part of the Caribbean. Per our friend google: The nearby Lucayan Archipelago, comprising The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the island of Barbados in the Lesser Antilles are considered to be a part of the Caribbean despite not bordering the Caribbean Sea. So I guess we need to add them to the list? Edited September 13 by leaveitallbehind

I saw that post before I asked my question. I just figured there were more than what was listed. As I posted, there are more. But didn't know how many more. Thanks for the replies.
