Best way to get from Hotel city center to Rome airport

We will be flying home from Rome October 14 of this year.  I am looking for advice on transportation from our hotel (Albergo de Senato) to the airport.  I think I've waited too long.  I tried Rome Cabs but they had no availability.  How do we get an official cab at 6:00 in the morning?  Are there other private car services that are dependable?  Thank you for your help!

Rome in Limo is mentioned here quite frequently, has a huge thread just down the board, and is a wonderful operator. 

 

Otherwise,  you could ask your hotel to arrange a cab for you.

No availability and they suggested Rome Cabs.

Just tell the hotel you want a taxi at 6:00 am. They will arrange it. I've done this multiple times from this hotel.

 

 

Edited to add: Just be forewarned that if you do this, you will end up paying slightly more than the set fare to airport, as the taxi will also charge you whatever it cost for them to get to you at hotel. Usually a small addition.

Thank you cruisemom!  It is worth it to pay a little more for the convenience.
