I have  a cruise on the 10th of October is safe to go on the cruise with that storm out there

Out where?

The ship will sail. Your itinerary could be altered, perhaps significantly. But the last place a ship wants to be in a major storm is tied to the dock.

Safe?  Certainly.  As @CruiserBruce mentioned the Captain will avoid any storm whenever possible take his ship to the safest waters available. He won't endanger his ship, its crew, or its passengers.  It also depends on what storm to which you are referring and what itinerary you are on departing from what port.

If there is any potential impact to your cruise by any storm serious enough to have an effect on your itinerary the cruise line will let you know. Or they will make itinerary adjustments as you go.  But most likely you will sail as planned and will have a good cruise.
