Where is Josef, the Maitre D' who

formerly was on the Celelbration.

 

You will know him well if you sailed with him.....

You will hear..."It's Showtime!!"

before the show.

 

He also is very energetic and visits almost every table every night.

We had him on both of our Celebration Cruises, and would love to

sail with him again.

 

Anyone seen him???

I have been on three cruises and Joseph is the only maitre'd I can name. He was the highlight of our cruise. Planning a New England cruise on the triumph in Oct. Would love to see him on that ship.

In Nov he was on Glory and we saw him all over the ship. On embarkation, he helped people get elevators. We ran into him on Lido at lunch and then he came around to our table a few times at dinner. I loved watching him dance. He's a real entertainer and very friendly. He obviously loves people and performing.

How neat, this thread brings a smile to my face!!! We are Platinum with Carnival and Josef is without a doubt the best ever Maitre'd!! We were on the Celebration year before last, he treated us fantastically well!!! Came by and visited out table everly night and what a show he put on:D

 

He is the only Maitre'd I ever wrote to Carnival about, he is that good!!

 

Glad to hear he's on the Glory, maybe he'll get transfered to the Dream, we're thinking about a cruise when she gets to Canaveral:)

He considers Canada his home. Our tablemates are from Canada and they talked about it. They were from BC and he was from farther east, can't remember exactly where.

Joseph was on the Glory November 29, he was one of the better ones we have had. We requested a table next to a window and he had one for us the first night.

We had him on the Legend last March.

I wouldn't be upset if I never sailed with him again to be honest. It was just a bit too much for me. He was very nice and sociable though...you certainly had to like the guy :)

Are you talking about Croatia??? I know Shippe who was on Miracle a few years ago was from Croatia. He is no longer with Carnival. Moved on to bigger and better things.
