Help:

I have had a thread on the Roll Call Forum for along time for the April 1st 2007 Adventure of the Sea with out any replies . All the dates around it are filled with replies. There are even replies for April 2nd 2008. It has me wondering if something is wrong with this sailing....It is still Spring Break for my daughter. Or it is a theme cruise that my family should not be part of.

Thanks,

Rum Runner

You can google the ship and the date to check on any groups, but even if it is themed, you don't have to participate...

Sometimes it just works out that way, Cruise Critic is such a tiny, tiny part of the cruising population, and some people are just shy and don't want to participate in roll calls.

Are you saying you WANT a full ship???? Why??? I'd love going on a cruise where I didn't have to battle crowds at the pool, in the theaters, etc...

But don't worry--you will find TONS of people on board. Last cruise, only about 30 signed up for the M&M, and the ship was booked solid.

We have a cruise coming up in just under two weeks, that someone started a post a year ago..........and 6 months ago.......there were 3 posts........and the OP was wondering what was happening. 120 days out we had 15 signed up for the M&M............and then about 50 days out the posters started coming out of the woodwork. We now have almost 50 signed up for the M&M.

So.........don't despair. Your cruise is a long way out!!:)

I went on many cruises before I had even heard of cruise critic. And since then I have had sailings where no one even bothered to start a roll call to having very active roll calls. So you will have a great trip, it does not matter.

I fell the same way as the OP does, every other date before and after mines have people in the Roll Call but mines. NOt sayin that I want a crowded ship but it makes you wonder when NO one jumps in if you have made the right choice on date and Ship..But to be honest I'd rather get a few price drops then to see a few in the roll call!!! :p

Im going on April 8, and the 3rd folks just logged in. Now we have 3 groups of us going. Two families and us. We are now within 2 months and looks like an empty ship to me on Rhapsody, guess sometimes it just works out that way. I didnt think to check roll call before I signed up for the cruise lol.
