On our just completed cruise, one of the highlights were two stops along the Croatian Coast. Below are two pictures. Lots more visuals from these various Med port stops can be seen through this web link.

Just back from a June 7-19 Solstice cruise from Barcelona that had stops in Villefranche, ports near Pisa and Rome, Naples, Kotor, Venice and Dubrovnik. Enjoyed great weather and a wonderful trip. For Kotor, Montenegro, I got up at 5 am for the sail-in through their wonderfully scenic fjords, etc. We tendered at 7 am in their harbor. It was a short, easy tender to arrive on land for our bus tour. Then, from high above Kotor, this is the view of the fjord bay with the Solstice in prime position to soak up the spectacular sun on our visiting day there.:

In Dubrovnik, we started with a local cab driver who gave us a “panoramic tour”, including crossing this unique bridge near the main cruise ship docking area. He called this bridge their “Golden Gate” like in San Francisco. It is nine years old. You can see the Solstice docked to the right side and other newer housing around this bay NW of the historic walled city.:
