I WAS IN LOVE AND MARRIAGE!!!!! LMAO!! We were the middle couple!!! I am still laughing and can't walk too many places without being stopped!!

There were about 12 couples married between 1 and 50 years that wanted to be in it. They had us "try out" by saying a line to each other, and then the audience voted on who did it best. Well I am loud and animated, as is my hubby...plus I had my CC friends and some people we have met on the cruise cheering for us so we got to go on stage and be in the show. Now you know I have a little "crush" on the CD, Alan Brooks, so to have him right there in front of me was HEAVEN. And I actually made him and the audience aware of my feelings......lol....long story. But we had a ball doing it and got some RCL prizes (we came in 3rd). Whether you know someone in it or not, it is a funny show and shouldn't be missed.

Just before it they had "cruise-give-away-bingo"...one game, one person won a 2 day cruise for 2. (wasn't me or anyone I knew..but it was fun to play)

Tonight is a Beatles show, which is new to me, so I am looking forward to it. Also...the QUEST!! That should be another fun night. Also this afternoon is $1000-off-your-sea-pass-card-bingo. I will be there. Mine is rising as we speak (love this pashion fruit drink!! lol)

Today we are in PR, and I was on the pool deck at 8am. The sun was bright and very hot. Then we had an added treat to the morning....some of the staff was having a emergency life raft class in the pool (how to turn it over if it inflates upside down) and each had to participate. They were a great group and we sat in the water with them and we all talked the entire time. That is just how RCL is!!!! Friendly! Friendly! Friendly!! We got off about 11 and did about an hour of shopping (too hot for me and I am fried from all this sun...but my tan is awesome!!!! lol) We leave early...2pm. Short day.

I forgot to mention when docked next to the Liberty, there were some young men (early 20s) on their LIberty balcony completly naked (some guests here have pictures (right, Bev?????? lol) of this and hubby was watching it all as he spent a hour on the balcony watching the ship as did hundreds others out there) and throwing buckets of water and spitting down at the people on the pier. Hubby saw them get motioned in, and they never appeared. At least 5 people have reported they were removed from the ship and left there!! They could have severly hurt someone (and I mean with what they threw off!!! LMAO)

Ok, I am not doing the dinner at Portofino on Saturday because...I am doing a galley tour on friday!!! I am soooooo excited!!! I will report on that for sure. They said I could take pictures...if so, you knowwwwwwwwww I will take them!!!

Need to go take my dramamine (we have 2 days at sea...I could cry thinking of the return trip!!!) and get ready to leave for home.

I know I will say it again, as I believe I have said a few times already, but I need to say it again...

Anyone going on this ship will have NOTHING LESS than the time of their lives!!!!!!!

I don't know if I will get a chance to post again today, but will try...if not, I will find time tomorrow for sure. Hope I am exciting those traveling soon...because there is good reason for it!!

Is there any way you could get me copies of the kid's compasses for the 12-14 age group and the 15-17 age group for the full 9 nights?

I'd be happy to mail you a postage paid envelope to get them to me!

Thanks.

I will work on that and let you know.

Can you let me know how hot is it? Are we talking upper 90s...into the 100s or so unbearable you wish you never got off the ship?

We are on this cruise next year, and I'm not a hot weather person...yes I know it's the Carieeban in the middle of summer, but if it's unbearable then I might want to rethink our walking tour of El Morro!

It is hot and humid..and although I am sure many are not bothered by it, I find it too uncomfortable to walk around. I would never said not to do it, or re-think it, but it would not be for me personally.

Just finished dinner and I can't breath!!! Tonight was Marco Polo night.....tomato salad w/blue cheese, chilled orange and banana soup (de-li-cious!!!!!!!!), breaded mushrooms, smoked salmon carpaccia, multigatawney soup, wild mushroom and goat cheese pizza, asian duck, pan seared tipapia, pan fried pok medallions, baked cheese canneloni with meat sauce (Incredible!!!!) The desert we had was a banana/chocolate strudel..OMG!!

I should mention we had Gerald as our Maitre'd. He is the BEST one we have ever had!!!!!!!!

OMG..my sidekick and CC cruise buddy just read one of my posts and found a major error....the cruise they gave away for two from bingo was a SEVEN DAY, not a 2.

Ok, off to the Beatles show, dancing in the promenade and the quest..stay tuned.....

Freeway ~~~ Hey, Shazzzzzz is sitting right next to me...she says hi. People got the Harry Porter book at a book store in St. Thomas. My son will wait till we return to get it.

Love your live posts! I also think Allan Brooks is a cutie. Had him on the Serenade, 1st public voyage to Canada/NE in 2003. Believe it was his first stint as CD. Would you please ask him if he will still be on board 8/26 to Bermuda???

Love to see him again. Does he still do that little "kick" at the end of the show. Our son liked that trademark.

He came to our CC Meet N Mingle and some seasoned CCer's skewered him for the slow tenders in Newport. (Hey it worked 4 years later- RCCL pulled out of Newport last week and is substituting docking in New London, CT on their NE/Canada cruises this summer/fall and next.) If he's still on board then, he won't get complaints about the Newport tenders ;).

Enjoy your sea day!!!!!!

Diva ~~~ Oh THANK YOU SO MUCH for the list!! Right after the galley tour a group of us are going to go look...we are excited!! I was sooooo dissapointed not to find anything...it was really upsetting and I apologize for not addressing it sooner, but I felt horrible about it when it was an AWESOME idea and you put so much time into it and I had nothing to report!!

Yes, Allan still does the kick..he is a hottie!!!

But the way..the Love and Marriage show runs 24/7 continuously...not just on the TVs in the room..but in the casino!! We can't go ANYWHERE without being stopped...it is sooooo funny (sometimes embarrrassing..lol..but soo much fun!!!). The 3 couples got a free DVD sent to our rooms so I am sooooo excited to be able to have it!! I took some still pictures of the TV with us on it, so I post those on my return. Diva, I will have to bring in on the Dec cruise to show you on my portable DVD player. They ask that if you have done it before, not to, but would I ever love to do that again in December!!!!!!

So last night was the Beatles show, but we never made it....got "stuck" in the casino. OOPs!!! lol But we did go to QUEST. For those of you that have seen it..it was just as hysterical!!! So much fun!! Adults should never miss that show!! People are just CRAZY!!!! LMAO

Then we went dancing in the chamber. I was in my glory!! I love to dance and I went wild!!!!

(Hi Barry!!)

I had pre-made good bags with tons and candy and money for room service and they told me that they fight over who will go to our room to deliver it so they can get the bags!!!! I also give them to the people who deliver the laundry and made up a huge one for the room attendant. I hope everyone takes care of these people!!!;)

This has just been such an amazing cruise, and even after all the ones I have been on..the excitement for them just continues to build!!!!

Ok, I am off for my galley tour (oh I forget to mention that my tablemate and CC friend bought the ship cookbook...I think it was $27...has all the recipies in it..I took a picture of it (of course). The seas are calm and smooth today and the sun shining hot and bright, but I am not going out today (my first not!!). I have the tour, then slots tournament, line dancing, and bingo. Tonight is formal night. I will have time to post in between...maybe right after this tour.
