I don't mean to be a party pooper. BUT.... why isn't this in the floataway lounge where it clearly belongs and why has it been allowed to stay here for so long? Things that drive people nuts while they go Hmmmm.....

 

BTW, most people associate cheerleaders as those who blindly root for their cruiseline no matter what things the cruiseline may do that are not honorable or right.

 

I would think that being a cheerleader is admitting that you are not balanced nor open minded.

Now seriously, we are enjoying a harmless respite from some of the topics on this board. I think the cheerleaders have a common purpose beyond silliness and that is balance and in the end, the scales tip in favor of another cruise with HAL.

 

The thread title contains the appropriate warning...

 

"FUN"

 

That's right, we all need some FUN, too many dress code threads have driven us over the edge and we've become UNbalanced :D :eek: :D

This thread is for extremely well-ballanced, open-minded cheerleaders only, meaning people who have a good time on HAL, have a Wang Wang once in a while, and don't sweat the small stuff like dress codes, smoking, flexible dining, formal nights, art auctions, overbooking, kids wearing heelies, smoking diapers in the pool, charters, groups and false advertising!

Sorry Copper John.... I think I will have to get rid of the UCLA cheerleader soon!

My brother Richard logged in from his Westerdam cruise and sent me an IM horrified saying....

over 200 replies and 2400 views and not one negative repsonse but yours!!!!!

What's the deal???? What I don't understand is why would you bother coming in here to post a negative response or any response at all if this fun does not interest you???? :confused: MOVE ON and respond to the threads that are of interest to you!

We aren't insulting anyone in here...just having good clean FUN! Which was clearly posted in the heading! If FUN doesn't interest you...why would you even come in here and read any of it????

We didn't insult you in any way and yet you come in here and insult everyone and have the nerve to start with "YOU DON'T MEAN TO BE A PARTY POOPER" Thats exactly what you mean to be in addition to being just plain MEAN!

DEAR DIARY: DAY 1

 

All packed for the cruise ship - all my sexiest dresses and make-up.

Really excited.

 

 

DEAR DIARY: DAY 2

 

Entire day at sea, beautiful and saw whales and dolphins. Met the Captain today - seems a very nice man.

 

 

DEAR DIARY: DAY 3

 

At the pool today. Also some shuffle boarding and hit golf balls off the deck. Captain invited me to join him at his table for dinner. Felt honored and had a wonderful time. He is very attractive and attentive.

 

 

DEAR DIARY: DAY 4

 

Won $800.00 in the ship's casino. Captain asked me to have dinner with him in his own cabin. Had a luxurious meal complete with caviar and champagne. He asked me to stay the night but I declined. Told him I could not be unfaithful to my husband.

 

 

DEAR DIARY: DAY 5

 

Pool again today, got sunburnt, and went inside to drink at piano bar for rest of day. Captain saw me, bought me several large drinks. Really is charming. Again asked me to visit his cabin for the night. Again I declined. He told me if I did not let him have his way with me he would sink the ship. I was shocked.

 

 

DEAR DIARY: DAY 6

 

Today I saved 1600 lives. Twice.
