engineer38 Posted August 25, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2007 The only thing that is predictable about the weather in London at any time and particularly in spring is that you can't predict the weather. It is unlikely to be very hot it might be cold. Take layers and be prepared for rain.

Stevesan Posted August 26, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 26, 2007 Here's an MSN web site that includes year round average temps: http://weather.uk.msn.com/tenday.aspx?&wealocations=wc%3aUKXX0085&setunit=F
pcur Posted August 27, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 27, 2007 We were in London from 4/18 to 4/21 this year, and the weather was very nice. A little overcast, but mostly sunny. HOWEVER, the bus driver on the way to Southampton said they were having an incredible April: very unusually nice weather. Back again in the Coventry area for 5 days between 5/3 and 5/8, and it was cooler, overcast, and started to rain the last two days. Take layers, a lightweight raincoat, and a travel umbrella. Then you'll be prepared for everything.

Rare Keith1010 Posted August 28, 2007 #8 Share Posted August 28, 2007 Just like anywhere in the United States, particularly in the spring and summer the weather can vary quite a bit year over year. The weather that time of year could be rainy and in the 50's/60's or it could be sunny and in the 70's. This is a web site we use to get historical data but again it doesn't mean the weather will be the same when you are there. http://www.luggageonline.com/ Keith
