like many of already know..we know very little is offer d

to compare from line to line..

 

it seem s like the cruise industry think us senior s are

i wish to add this to this existing thread..Military discount s..

there are many of us who are ex military who have never

taken advantage of this discount..

 

i just book d my jan 09 cruise with carnival..i had to ask for it..

it s not publish d anywhere..i will say the discount was substancial..

for less than the guarantee balcony we we re able to get a 2 level

upgrade..

 

when booking you have to go thru a carnival agent..a TA would not

have access to which cruise s , dates, cabin level s will qualify..once

you give them your deposit..FAX a copy of your discharge paper s and

a picture ID..

 

this is something i d like to see publish d more often as well..:p

Our TA has told us about military discounts on Carnival several times. If you have a good TA they should be able to track all discounts offered by all cruise lines.

If your TA calls and talks to a Carnival rep rather than depending on what is in the computer, you can get the best deal. I did a B2B on Elation and one leg was military discount, the other I think senior. EM

just a note if u ever go to london england stay at the Union Jack, its a hotel solely for military and retired military awesome prices and very upscale hotel.

due to my boyfriends rank we got a room for 15 lbs a night (this was a few years ago) but still better than most of the other hotels in the area.
