Cigar friendly bars/areas on MOS?

Hello, does anyone know offhand which bars allow cigar smoking as well as which open areas do as well? I remember on the SOS that the portside allowed smoking on all open decks and there was at least one bar that allowed it. We are leaving in a couple of weeks on the Mariner. There should be a cigar bar--and that's the ONLY inside space where they allow cigars! You can smoke them outside in the smoking areas.

On Mariner, I believe the Starboard side is smoking. Yes, the cigars are permitted.

 

Inside, there is a connoisseur club forward on deck 5, at the entrance to one of the lounges.
