Barcelona Taxi to Port

How far and how much is the taxi from the port in Barcelona to the airport? Also if ship docks at 5am, will a 10AM flight work?

10 am should be fine. Taxis generally will cost approximately 25 -30 Euros depending on traffic and the amount of luggage (they can charge for each piece). It takes about 20 min from the ship to the airport.
