OT... update on my mom...

Many of you here knew that my mom has been very ill, yet I have tried to keep from posting on the subject. I just wanted to let you all know that although the last few days were very agonizing, she passed peacefully, yesterday afternoon. Thanks to all who have emailed their prayers and concerns.

Even though I do not know you I know exactly what you are going through. I lost my mother just this past Aug. She was 88 years old, she had a very good life and my sister and I had to make some very tough decisions. My sister and I can say that our mother died the way she wanted, fast and with no pain. That is all that we can ask for. My prayers and best wishes go out to you. The CC'ers on these boards were also wonderful to me as I was getting ready to go on aa cruise this past Oct. and the roll call people were right there for me. We will be there for you.
