Fuel Supplement Gone.....For Now

Princess just notified me that they are suspending the fuel supplement for my next month's Diamond cruise. Yipeeee......:):D:).

Has anyone heard that if the cabin credit is in excess of you total bill, it'll be credited back to the charge card?

I am not sure they would credit the back to your charge card but you may want to call Princess to double check. Usually, we end up spending our OBC even if it is $750 on up.

My final payment is not due until Feb.03/09 and cruise is April 18.I am not holding my breath gas will still be low by then,but who knows.I am glad some got a little extra though!:)

do you think the airlines will refund a fuel charges as well? the prices of airlines tickets went up when the barrel went up. the only difference is its build in to the price of the ticket. any comment out there?

I just received a re-fared booking summary from my TA for my April cruise with the fuel surcharge removed. I'm sure the TAs are very, very busy re-faring everyone's bookings so be patient; they are probably doing the earliest cruises first.
