Laundromat

We have never been on Carnival, but are going on the Freedom on July 4. On Princess, they have self-serve laundromats. With the luggage restrictions on airlines, this has become an issue. I would like to do a couple of loads of laundry during the cruise, thereby decreasing the number of suitcases. Are there laundromats on the Freedom?

All ships have laundromats every other deck with coin operated soap and stuff.

Well, for $10 they usually have a special one day, all you can fit into a big bag. If he cant do the laundry, he can pay the $10 the special day, about midway thru the week.

2 or 3 dryers

1 iron and ironing board

The cost is $2 per washer load and $2 per dryer load.

Vending machines dispense small boxes of detergent and water softener at $1 per box.

Anyone know where or if there are laundry rooms on the Verandah deck on the legend. Just wandering if they are near our rooms. Makes it alot easier. Thanks Joann

Not sure how it will be like on your cruise, but the day of our cruise people were lined up outside the laundromat waiting to do laundry.
