    Welcome to CC. Ignore the % off claims from RCI - as mentioned, only look at the actual price as the % off many times is from a made-up number.

    RCI changed to placing the Seapass cards at the door after the restart fleet wide. They used to do that on some ships like Anthem even pre-COVID. The issue of the cards being stolen has been discussed many times in several threads over the years but any reports of it ever actually happening are just about zero.

    If one is going for cheap, Tri-rail is about a third of that and goes to MIA.

    O class ships don't usually tender. Usually, the ship gets clearance about 30 min after docking.

    They do sometimes edit it after it's published but the effective dates have been Tues/Wed during the week ever since the flier started publishing again.

    Yes, even within a port like Cape Liberty, you can have one line that is strict and another that lets things slide - very much staff dependent.

    You can look at the app for the current sailing to see if any movies are being shown in the theater. That may or may not happen on your sailing.
