    No, it was a generous $200 to make up for a promised amenity RCI didn't honor on a previous sailing. That showed up first, then the group OBC showed up maybe a month later.

    I’m rare cases RCI will do that for you- a few years ago about a dozen people on Ovation were told their B2B violated the PVSA during the sailing. They were taken off the ship in Victoria, Canada, put up in a hotel, taken to Vancouver privately the next day so they continue their journey (Hawaii->Vancouver-> Seattle).

    @Ourusualbeachcan perhaps clarify, but I don’t recall any category of OBC with such limitations.

    This is known issue for some/most/all Android tablets - RCI discontinued support for them a few versions ago of the app.

    Unless there’s some very unusual situation, OBC from the planner will be available on the ship.

    Probably too much variation in models and staff work to make it work right on the tablet. Even if you could sideload it, that doesn't guarantee it would work right though some here reported that it does work.

    The app may list some things fairly close in. Otherwise, you assume that RCI and staff repeat stuff so you look for the info on pervious sailings.

    Nothing from Royal and wouldn't expect any for a while - none of those ships have a break long enough for an AMP through at least 2024.

    You could have called C&A and gotten your actual points or come here and asked (this is a well-known issue). It is unfortunate that many/most rely on the accuracy (or lack thereof) of RCI's web site for financial (or other) decisions.
