    As mentioned, try to find out from others on your sailing if anyone else was able to bid. If the booking contains two different last names, try the other one.

    Actually, the IT Dept. did their job just fine by getting the message to you - the content of the email was drafted by others, who are to blame for the outdated info. Also, that message is not that outdated since that itinerary includes Canada and the lifting of testing for there only happened a few days ago.

    Some context here may help others - don't expect this ^ from inside the ship, only on outside decks/balcony with a direct unobstructed view to land.

    They do/did - it was about 7 years. The search results within CC are limited to about two years so anything older than that is typically resurrected form an outside search engine find. This one is not that old and some old ones are still relevant even if resurrected after a long posting pause.

    With the latest updates, RCI limited the kind of device the app supports and your tablet is likely not on the list. The update for your phone is available in the Pay/App store or look in the settings of your phone.

    An image/video search of any of those aft cabins on any Freedom class ship may yield some info. For the shows and other activities you may expect, set the app to the current sailing for info.

    Announced and confirmed, true, but they may stay on for several weeks, so if one looks at a Dec sailing, the entertainment may be the same. The OP has the advantage of a Genie who may provide an early glimpse at the specifics.

    Any OBC on your Seapass on board account can be used to offset any account charges.

    You can look at the current sailing (though it might be better to wait for a US sailing) in the app for info and assume most of it will be about the same on your sailing.
