  1. The math is rarely in your favor buying the package on board.
  2. Prices can vary by sailing. You can look at the planner price via the web tool and sorta determine what the on board price is from that. You can get discounts on board sometimes.
  3. You can cash out any type of OBC (even non refundable) via the slot machine in the casino.
  4. The denial email will likely come about two days out.
  5. That varies - you'll need to keep checking the planner.
  6. Welcome to CC. To ensure you ask the correct person, use the @Midwifelife7 call out.
  7. Yes, and they can take care of booking CK before sailing.
  8. Most reporting suggests comped cruises do award C&A points.
  9. You can do it all on one device, like a laptop. Pull up the SetSail pass w/ barcode in the planner, save the image of the barcode and upload that image to an online barcode decoder.
  10. Buy it now at a better price and cash out the OBC on board.
  11. As with most of the bids, much of the info could be for marketing purposes (how much are people willing to bid or raise their bid), not for actually winning a bid.
  12. Biker, who wonders if RCI asked for this change or if Plusgrade did it on their own.
  13. The GTY assignment is what cancels the bid - any major change to the booking will usually do that (cancel the bids).
  14. For a routine request you will very likely be denied - for an emergency (claim you had a death in the family for example) they may accommodate.
  15. The very few times this was reported, I seem to recall folks having to pay full price for all the drinks they did consume and was done earlier in the sailing.
  16. Yea, but unlikely. You should find out your assignment (via the barcode trick) at 45 days out when you check in. The available list you see is normal - the list is usually limited to two major categories above your existing cabin category.
  17. While even rarer than the situation with Quantum, there have been reports of folks with an assigned cabin being denied boarding.
  18. The cruise contract you get at 30 days out has the same language as the T&C listed on the RCI web site: United States CTC EN - Guest Terms and Conditions (royalcaribbean.com) Those T&C are specific to the market in which you booked - the Aussie T&C is a bit different than the US one linked above.
  19. Yes, the menu is sometimes delayed being shown in the app, but it eventually gets there.
  20. He gets 4 and if he links her to his account, she'll get 4 as well - call C&A to link.
  21. Yes. Anyone can look up any cruise without any booking. The option is at the bottom of the main page of the app.
