I'm in the middle of sending her a 2nd email....because there are a few other small issues that's taking 2 months to clear up....which were her errors when we first booked and we thought it came with extras as part of the package deal....but she told us it was for both of us and really it was for only one.

so bottom line we were told the wrong info...so it should come out of the companies pocket not mine!

That happened to me as well. The rep at Royal said it was a "glitch".

I agree curling Irons are fine.

We are going on Allure in 44 days also!!!......But If it's anything like Oasis, the temp is very comfortable!

My GF worn a thin sweater type thing also during dinner and shows.

I called before making my final payment as per cruise critic advise. The price per room actually went down so I got a discount of $180 for the two rooms. I bet that's what it was.:)

But, wouldn't my TA know that?....She never returned my calls, but her text said she would look into it for us. That was 3 days ago.....Really?

RCCL said for her to call them and we could do a 3-way call and they could tell us!

We have only one excursion booked and that total was only $180. and on RCCL website it still shows that it's booked....so can't be that.

I'm just afraid that one of our added package deals thru RCCL or TA were cancelled and given a credit back to Credit Card instead of an on-board credit?....Wouldn't they just do an OBC instead of a refund to CC?

Quick question:

I made my final Payment on Feb. 5th for our April allure cruise.

Then I noticed the next day I saw a $340.00 credit on my credit card.

I tried calling royal carribean and they told me I need to get the info directly from my travel agent.

I called my travel agent but no response. Emailed her and she said she would get back to me. But it's been 2 days

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone?

What could it be? Am I losing something on the criuse?...I got an excellent package thru the travel agent and an added promotion thru RCCL.

I just was wondering what it could be?!???

Last Time I knew it he was the #1 Car Dealer in Florida if not the US.

His commercials are so annoying!!!...and one is on every 15 mins!!!

For the zipline you also have to be wearing socks with your shoes or they won't let you do it!

My last cruise on Oasis I felt nothing. It was like we were not even at sea.

Few years ago on Carnival Legend I could feel a slight rocking feeling walking down the hallways.

Then years ago on Norwegian Leeward you could feel everything!!!...Even at dinner the plates were sliding down the table.....of course this was like a day after a major hurricane!

I'm hoping there is nothing on the Allure when we go next month!

I thought Dave Chapman was very funny and entertaining on our Cruise in Sept. on the Oasis!.....He will be missed!

Next Cruise is on Allure In April.....How is Ken Rush?

My GF and I rather get a table for 2. Unless we are traveling with family.

It's just easier for 2 since you can eat at your own speed and leave when you are done.

We have done a table bigger and it's fine but once in awhile you will get a couple that are very vocal and do nothing but talk about themselves the whole entire dinner...and it's usually about how many cruise they have been on and how big their suite is.

It's more peaceful with just the 2 of us!..unless you can pick the people you want to sit with.

We met alot of people by the pool and become friends but it's not like you change your tables 3 days into the cruise.

So rather just have a table for 2

Just a few questions that have come to mind. I remember once reading that things are quieter and lines shorter on port side. I this still true? Is the Royal Promenade 2 stories, and does it have stores, places to visit on both floors? Is there a charge for eating tapas for lunch at Vintages on a sea day? Is there a Boardwalk Hot Dog House in Oasis? Are the hot dogs free?

Royal Promenade is only one story high...and there are alot of stores!

I believe the Hot Dog House is only on the Allure (and they are free). Unless they added to the Oasis since I was last on there 5 months ago.

Can't you just go to guest services and remove the daily gratuities?

I rather pay in cash at the end of the cruise to the people who I want to give it to....more to the ones that were great and less to the sub-par people!

We were on Oasis last Sept. 2013......and loved it!!! Should have done a review but just started Cruise Critic a few months ago.

We are now going on the Allure on Easter Sunday this year and can't wait.

Only 52 days left!!!.....

I loved the Oasis!!!

The Shows are top notched compared to other ships!

We loved Oasis so much we are going on Allure Easter Sunday!!!

When did Oasis change from Nassau to Cocco Cay? Because when we went the last week in Sept. last year it went to Nassau. Atlantis is amazing!!!...You could spend like 6 hours just there!!!

We were on Oasis in Sept.2013 for Eastern Cruise. Had a waterview balcony on Portside.

It had an awesome view at port in Ft. Lauderdale facing the water and watching the other ships leaving port.

In Nassau we were facing the Port. and it was fun to watch the authorities lining up on the dock.

Then in St. Martin and St. Thomas we were facing the water....which actually was kinda cool because they lowered all the life boats in St. Thomas and had them going for like a few hours. So it was fun to watch them lower and raise them out of the water.

Either way I think you will enjoy the cruise!!!!

We are doing the Allure on Easter Sunday this year and we went with a Starboard side this trip!

Looking forward to the review also!!!!
