  2. depends timing of glacier trip bus to Loen 10 minutes wait at sky lift bdepends on cruise groups etc according to mY VP Cunard glacier tour has 0930, 1130 and 1330 could probably be done if you choose first or third glacier tour independent tours go frequently

    Southampton local paper is reporting QA arrival as 1030 27th April at City Terminal.

  9. From a safety point of view I would think 1st ship arriving ie QA would dock.
  10. Flam PA indicates 3 ships there on 23rd June cruise. QA arrives 0730 the other 2 between 0800 & 0900

    an email from Cunard referencing my upcoming QA cruise gives details of CWC benefits for diamond level thus ◆ A complimentary meal at one of our alternative dining venues notice it does not say lunch or specify a venue

  13. Almost always medivacs by helo ship steams into wind speed determined by sea conditions and helo usually but not alway 8-10knots speed although I have experienced it at 16k in extreme circumstances.
  14. since I dont drink coffee it is not a problem 4 me but clarification originally would have been useful since the Lido supplies free drink snacks etc free 24 h

  17. We were on QV last year coming south from the North Cape in 45 knots. We were almost at the back of the Britannia on deck 3, vibration was minimal in my opinion,no worst or better than usual. A number of factors can affect the noise,speed,sea state,following,beam ,quartering or head sea, swell height and length. This was illustrated last Oct coming out Lisbon with a fast flowing spring ebb tide. An almost gale force wind from the west,a classic wind against tide situation, led to very loud bangs and judders for 2 minutes or so. Once clear of the estuary normality was restored.
