True. If the way NCL advertises it's product, look at other companies. I just make sure the product offered is within the price range I'm happy with and go for it. It has been the product which I like and that's unlikely to change enough for me to look elsewhere, at least for now.
The incident at the border near me is considered an accident now.
And from out local newspaper: The thing about the hours immediately after an incident where a car explodes at a border crossing, sparking an FBI investigation and closing all crossings between Ontario and Western New York, is that at that point you just don’t know anything.
Was there not a huge change to level of IT support when del fio took over a few years ago? When you almost depend on there being glitches and outages and just plain who knows what? Seems to me it as if the whole IT department was fired and filled with those who had no idea of how to solve the simplest issue. JMO
That wasn't my experience when I booked the solo balcony on BA yesterday. I declined the airfare b/c I arrive a day early but was certainly offered. Was the booking within a few months maybe?
@eileeshb I think you're correct. The agent I spoke with said this went live today! I saw it this morning while looking for info on the cruise for next April.
I just finished booking one on the Breakaway. I've been looking at a cruise for a while and I really enjoy the Breakaway. I balcony looks very similar to the rest of the balcony cabins but is a bit less expensive. These balconies were just added (the category) at least, today.
Yes, all good, and you are as well, thanks for those extra bits n bites. I do have to turn off my VPN all the time, just never know where I'll be in, lol. I agree with Firefox, DH used it all the time.
NCL is definitely "glitchy" especially on the weekends.
I clear my cache, restart my device and then change my browser.... even then it doesn't always work but sometimes it does.
Good luck!!
Do not regret, LEARN! And have a wonderful cruise. Cheers
I'm a solo, use a 21" suitcase and since I'm Sapphire, I will use my free laundry option if needed.
You share some wonderful information and I thank you for that @amygutman
But we both offered to help him at reasonable prices. I'm a little cheeky but, I do have lots of experience... Yes, I likely will have my hand slapped, or worse but, really, IMO, this whole thread should have been removed, as well.
Apologies Admin.
Well, the NCL lawyers are pretty careful regarding their passengers. Imagine them allowing this situation and something happens to a child under the care of an NCL staff member. As someone who is a child advocate, I know that the care of a child/children is very seriously taken under consideration.
Not going any further with this since it's nothing to do with cruising but just sayin', it's serious.
@phillygwm I think you're right. NCL takes the passenger's privacy very serious. All we can do is hope that they get the treatment they need and have a speedy and complete recovery. Best wishes.
Unfortunately, you may not have been considerate enough. That's not a bad thing, it's just a misunderstanding. Stop beating yourself up, you don't need to break up with her, just realize that she has responsibilities as an employee and most importantly as a mother.
Go on your cruise, enjoy it and share your experience when get home.
