Well, I’ll try to answer this again: My FCD bought on Regal in Feb, used for this comp offer, is now applied to the Oct 20/25 Star TA that Princess cancelled in April. Spoke to agent on phone- could not understand him. No reply to my emails about this. Credit card $ has been refunded. Hoping everyone gets this mess settled. Lesson learned.

Princess has a bottle water package you can pre order to have in your cabin. They allow each passenger to bring on a case of 12 cans of soda. Wine 2 per guest is also allowed at embarkation and if you want to bring on more to use in dining room you can pay a corkage fee. Free coffee, lemonade, ice tea etc in buffet area. Bar drinks add a gratuity per drink. Kids are charged gratuities, as well.

His wife is in a single cabin and will purchase the package. Then they will double up after boarding- to avoid the policy.

I guess the title you used and questions about your wife ordering more then one drink at a time and you mentioned sipping your wife’s drink led to the assumption that there might be sharing. A person can certainly share the wifi- 4 device, be in photos with others- no issue. If I had 5 people in my group I would book 2 in one cabin and 3 in the other cabin. Forgo the package and pay separately for things we want. OBC can be used to buy family members things.- no issue there. You mentioned earlier in the thread you had clarified this matter- was it through Princess? Because many on here are willing to tell you how they did it- crew are not consistent in enforcing rules, terms of purchase. I hope you enjoy the cruise.

I cannot imagine enjoying myself trying to pull off this situation. I would be looking over my shoulder with guilt as I took a sip of wifey’s drink or had my kids get free smoothies and sodas. Also, the run around from one cabin to another with the wrong assigned medallion, on a different deck would wear me out. enjoy!

1. I have heard of them charging the second drink to the person with the package account. One drink at a time. Yes, it is done like you want, but I have had them say to me we can get you one drink at a time. 2. sounds like sharing 3. OBC- yes, however, you need to keep a constant watch of your accounts- many errors are made.

Princess is known for moving from cabin booked- sometimes called an upgrade- may even be on a different deck. You ok with that? Your TA can request no upgrade, if you ask them to.

And the photo package- passengers in same cabin can be in them. Those booked in a different cabin may not be. Ask to get this clarified, and see if Princess will allow you to book this way. I can see our fares going up if families resort to this. Obviously, the drinks will be shared.

You should really clarify with Princess on this. Don’t forget crew appreciation fees per person, including kids, for those on standard fare.
