    If you book and pay now with the premier package- heard it will be refunded on ship as refundable OBC. disregard above- saw you already had credit to card.

    The $..will be a credit on your credit card usually within a week. 4 days after successfully booking 2 nights of specialty dining I have a charge showing on my credit card for both. they still owe me $90US on my cancelled Amex & my FCD from the Star TA they cancelled.

    The CA is discretionary for those on Standard fare. So, the crew will receive their salary as agreed to in the contract. Princess is not supplementing CA for those who choose to not pay CA.

    TA said no re fare- have to cancel & rebook. May lose my cabin. Will take a look but I am not sure I want to book with them.

    TA for the 3 day sale said prices were changing befor sale- not expecting I will bother. Just going to watch for price drops.

    I would like a receipt each time I book a specialty dinner. Seems, once again they have my refund going to a different credit card then the one I used to pay. Only record is on credit card statement and once cancelled it is no longer on app. The travel summary/ payments has excursions etc listed but not Specialty dining paid for.

    Funny you should mention pre cruise hotels- my 3 nights in London hotel is more $$ than my cruise fare.

    That is ridiculous. I won’t be doing their excursions anymore at those prices. Same as the SUN fares have increased for Sanctuary category since I booked months ago.

    I was on the Enchanted - Canada -New England cruise and had the opposite of what you experienced. I also was in an aft PH suite on her sister ship Discovery and it was amazing. Sorry you found so much disappointment and were bored. Might try a higher end - more money cruise line - Viking, Oceania, etc to get the service you deserve.

    And just recently they had a 30% off excursion sale. Did you get in on that?

    Same. The beauty of watching the ocean and calmness and comfort to travel and see the world. Not one boring minute for me when I’m aboard a Princess ship. Affordable balconies, a few elite benefits have me booking Princess over other lines.

    Celebrity.ca never offers me insurance. But always offers a refundable deposit for extra $500+ I prefer Princess and will no longer pre pay what is no longer needed until I board.

    I’m not on the 5 day Sun, mine is after that, but all my reserv are made over a week ago I wanted to try 2 new rest and if they charge me & it turns out to not be included I am ok with that. Gotta lot of messes with them lately.

    I am losing money on the exchange US to Canadian. No more pre paying for me after these Star cancellations.

    They charged me for one reserve & did not charge me for the second reservation. Lucky for some of you. I expect to visit GS for the refund.

    Frustrating, isn’t it? Once they split my refund up onto 2 different credit cards. I’m chasing about $175 & a FCD- waiting.

    I think the TA made an error- 1 cent more for a mini suite than a BF balcony. But no reply again.

    No. Did not get my FCD back yet. Lovely email last week saying they would reinstate it. Not yet. Expires in February 2025. Want to use it this week.

    Not sure why this thread keeps going. Crew Appreciation is discretionary for those with Standard fare. Plus & Premium Pkgs do not have the option of removing them. Your choice.

    Got 2 on this now giving me answers. Not my fault. I think I could rebook right now before sale with a refundable deposit with Plus for a bonus inclusion.
