  1. You need a pre Travel Covid test to embark the ship if you are going to Greece. Period. Italy does not require it. Greece does. if another test is required en route the ship will provide it before getting to port.
  2. Gigi’s & midship dining room were open on Discovery for my cruise.
  3. Everyone of them say pre-Travel test type when to take test before boarding.
  4. Not for me. Too large, too many people.
  5. I emailed: AskOceanMedallion@carnival.com They added these contact numbers for additional support: US- 800-774-6237 UK- 0344-3388-663 AU- 132488 within AU I had issues with both app & website, not log in problem. See above.
  6. My issues over past couple of weeks: - 4 bookings. 3 worked fine on website/ app 4 th booking was added to website, I could not open/ was not able to add it to app printed luggage tags for most recent cruise, but tags were for the 4 th cruise that I could not access on website sent photo of next years tags to support & 2 emails fixed everything without me doing anything today- a cancelled cruise is also in the app, but not on the website. They clearly had to do fix on their part. I never change my log in or delete things myself.
  7. All better! 2 emails did it for me. App & website all fine today—- it did take a week .
  8. This is the correct information that was posted on the Princess website August 15/22, as an update. There have been some people posting misinformation, disagreeing with the requirements,. If in doubt do the Covid test before embarking on a cruise visiting Canada.
  9. Sorry you are having trouble with this. USA has had different restrictions/ requirements from Canada in regards to Covid testing for entering Canada/ stopping in Canada on a cruise ship. The latest requirements are updated on the Princess website: August 15/22. There is no reason to fret over what was, has been. I am going on the Canada/ New England cruise. I am fully VAX, booster, will do a Covid antigen test 2 days prior to embarkation in NYC, and fill in the ArriveCAN app just before I embark. This is exactly the same as I had to do to board the Discovery Princess May 4/22 in Vancouver. of course, it will be nice if the testing requirement is dropped by October 29/22.
  10. In May this year I had to do the antigen test 2 days prior to boarding or the PCR test 72 hours prior to boarding in Vancouver. The change in requirements are posted in this thread and August 15/22 on Princess website. My earlier post on here agrees with this clarification.
  11. Call. It can be booked. There is a roll call, but no one has posted about it. good luck
  12. I have tried this & they responded right away with additional questions. no resolution yet. Funny thing: I clicked on link to print my Oct. 2022 luggage tags and the tags are for my September 2024 cruise I cannot access or add to the app. My other 3 bookings work fine on website & app.
  13. Interesting coarse this thread has taken -----if in doubt, take the test! I sail Oct.29/22---think it might be clearer by then? Never rely on SM---forums, fb etc.
  14. Once on-board, is it too late to use FCC for gratuities, transfers? i believe this has to be done pre cruise.
  15. Following- let us know what they check when you are embarking- negative Covid test, vax, ArriveCAN etc. enjoy
  16. So, my understanding is: Embarking in NYC- for cruise docking in Canada- Covid test required to embark. For shore excursions - no Covid test required when you dock at each Canadian port upon arrival. is this correct?
  17. I have had this message when paid in full. You have already called to confirm your booking and payment. My advice is to check your booking on website & app frequently for changes.
  18. If you are staying at a hotel precruise near the pier ask them if you can check your baggage with them for a few hours when you return from your cruise. Tip concierge. Worth asking. I did this in a few places.
  19. I am having problems too website/ app for latest booking. Other bookings I can access. I contacted IT and they emailed me with questions and are working on it. You are not alone.
