For my issues: I got a call from an executive assistant and she says she will call me back Monday. We will see.

  4. After all this: I would cancel if you get no penalty In my opinion you are paying way too much for that cruise just for a mini suite. The variety of specialty restaurants on Royal princess don’t compare to the new Sun Princess, to pay the extra $90 pp/pd for the new premier. The refund for excursions etc will go to your credit card within a week. I’ve gotten my payments & deposits back usually in a couple of weeks.
  5. I do not think so. The bidding site has had many web errors in the past week. I reported it. There was a change in my site after that.
  6. I see CAD fares so can’t compare. I get a much different amount then you. Does not appear to me that you should get a $700 credit. keep watch on your package disappearing.
  7. What cruise? Ship ? Date? Category? So we can see on website . I have a S9 sanctuary suite which includes the new premier package- booked 2 weeks ago for amazing price.
  8. Web errors, glitches, conflicting information. I have reported all of this and that is my answer. They know it and are taking their time to resolve it. phone if urgent.

  10. Great! You got the New Premier package- clue. Unlimited…. phone to make dining specialty reservations if you can’t do it with a $0 charge on app. If there was an accounting error din’t sweat it- they’ll catch up with you. Sounds like there was a price drop in the cabin category.

  12. Looks fair to me. Leave it alone. Check your balance and app package frequently. They should email you if you owe.

  14. I think OP got the same message I did for dining. The excursions say pay when booking- not pay balance of cruise. They need to contact Princess to see what’s going on in a few days. Their Travel Summary could change, as well.
  15. Was there a price drop? Was it refare to add your upgraded package? Are you dealing directly through princess?
  16. I have seen this on my app as well recently but only for dining. I have reported numerous problems like this. I am elite and cannot book dining right now.
  17. Go to personalizer. Click on payment tab. It shows exactly what you paid. $0 balance at top.? I would give it a few days. Go to app. Does it show premier when you click on packages?
  18. I think you need to contact: customerrelations@princesscruises.com -give booking number. photos of issue and ask about refund. doesn't sound right--was credit on your credit card yet?
  19. The app has been really screwed up for some of us for some time now. The travel summary also has many errors in my case. I won’t cancel for that reason. It does not matter. If you can book Specialty dining in app make sure it shows $0 . Or call first thing in morning and ask agent to reserve for you. Take screenshots and print out proof- receipt etc. take with you.
  20. So Premium, Plus package buyers don’t use their 50% off wifi discount, minibar not necessary,, but Princess is giving double Captains Circle credits to those buying the packages currently. Um.
  21. I think I’ll note the savings on my next cruise as the laundry, wifi, minibar add up. I also pre purchase bottle water.
  22. There is no one timeline. However, I suggest cancelling each purchase on app and in personalizer that you can and watch for refunds. Excursions, spa, wifi specialty dining etc. My individual purchases usually get refunded in 3-5 days.
  23. No reservations needed for the private dining rooms. App says walk in.
