  1. https://porthole.com/two-new-hydrogen-powered-ships-to-join-the-fleet-for-explora-journeys/
  2. Hey, an extra $400 for the travel agency you used is reason enough🙃
  3. November this year on Nova, and December next year on Ray in 9093, same cabin one deck up.
  4. Plus the connecting one sleeps 3. I think that means a sofa bed couch. I find sofa bed couches are never a comfortable as regular ones for sitting on. I also picked 8091 on Nova
  5. 8070 has a connecting door, where 8091 does not
  6. The new ships claim to have taken care of the vibration problem. I'm hoping that is evidenced by the suites they placed aft.
  7. I have Nova, Ray, Explora 1 and 2 aft cabins booked....while all that midship lower deck stuff may be true, I've never see it quantified. Rocking in a rocking chair burns more calories than lying on the couch, but not really going to make a difference. All the best suites (silver otium, explora owners) are aft.
  8. It's like you have a dark cloud over your head.... sorry for all your bad luck
  9. Your TA has to negotiate free transport to the meeting first
  10. new cruises and pricing are available at EJ site
  11. It's probably your email that is compromised.... change your PW
  12. Mine is about the same just on 2 instead of 1
  13. New itineraries for 1 and 2 Explora Journeys - Journey Planner EXPLORA I EXPLORA II MAY 2024 - APRIL 2025 31082023.pdf
  14. You have to pay for them? I thought it was all inclusive...
  15. Both Otium Suites are aft facing, one on deck 6 the other on 7
  16. I agree, plus mia/fll is probably longer than you might think....it's about a 4 hour flight. Also, I recently booked a flight BGI-MIA-MCO and it was cheaper than the same BGI-MIA flight. There are lots of west coast to mco flights.
  17. It's a new ship and new cruise line and it's on it's inaugural cruise. If you have read all the threads, you know as much as anyone.
  18. It seems like a lot of people just take their TA's word on things. When things go right it's because of the TA, when things go wrong it's because of the cruise line.
  19. The agent was able to use the promo 2 cat upgrade and 500 euro obc a second time. A TA I originally contacted said it could only be used once. The upgrade was from a Ocean Grand Terrace (GT) to a deluxe penthouse (DP) which saved ~3+K USD. The EJ agent did the same upgrade on my first cruise, even, though I had it booked before the promo became available, so you might say saved another ~3+K.
  20. My EJ agent is awesome and saved me thousands. She advised me I could transfer my reservation to a TA, but I would have to go through that TA from then on instead of her.
  21. I email my CC so she can research my inquiry. She always calls back with the answer the same day. It's all a TA does too.
