  1. I think this is something they trialed years ago. I remember seeing another post on here about it. “Waived room service fees” ….. wow, a fee to avoid a fee. 🤡
  2. Can someone post a list of the old “classics” menu items that will be coming back?
  3. This was the schedule last year. I haven’t yet seen this years but this kind of shows that they do it pretty much after the Thanksgiving sailings end generally. 2022 Schedule…
  4. My guess is they are testing the waters to see if they can get more people to upgrade at this cheaper price.
  5. Yes very easy. Go into your cruise planner, click on the icon in the top right, then click on Order History, and find the order. Then click to cancel it. Then go and re-book it.
  6. Yeah this is interesting. I wonder if things will change in the coming days because it definitely looks like they just lowered the base daily rate of the upgrade. So the Elite discount % should be off the $15. In the meantime I just canceled and re-booked at this lower $13.99 rate for 3 of my cruises. It's cheaper than the old rate with the Elite discount.
  7. We always sail in January every year over MLK week. It’s a great time to sail because kids are back in school and weather is perfect in the Caribbean.
  8. The bright line train goes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale to the Orlando airport now. That might be a fun adventure. Another option could be to just rent a car at the Fort Lauderdale airport and then return it at Orlando airport. One way car rentals usually don’t have extra fees in FL.
  9. Another tip/trick is later in the day (like on a sea day) just pick up a couple wet towels off the pool deck if someone just abandoned them, and exchange them for fresh clean ones. Then you never have to worry about any associated with your sea pass card. 😂
  10. It’s most definitely chartered. Nothing new here, these charters have been happening for years and years now in January and February on either Mille or Summit.
  11. Almost certainly it’s for the Jazz Cruise charters that happen every January.
  12. Did you make any changes to your booking such as re-pricing a reservation?
  13. We usually take a bottle of champagne with us, even if we have the drink package, because it’s nice to sit on the balcony for sail away and just enjoy the bottle.
  14. Maybe try the Sunset bar as they will have the “punch” mixers on hand.
  15. We are those people. The reason is to be a bit more separated from tables next you. Nothing worse than sitting at a table for two and to your right and left maybe 10 inches away are also tables for two. If we wanted to sit with others, we’d ask for a larger table.
  16. What sailing and category? I could check inventory.
  17. If you got either suite then you’d get access to retreat lounge and Luminae. If you got the Aqua Suite then you’d get access to the thermal suite. You would not get any drink package perks or wifi.
  18. We got married on January 1st on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The company we used was amazing! And totally affordable and the photographer did an incredible job. This isn’t sponsored and I don’t get anything from them, but here’s their website. https://www.weddingbellsandseashells.com
  19. I’ve seen the check in be delayed in the past also. On another “group” site for the Nov 22nd sailing someone mentioned they called and were told it won’t open until 30 days before.
  20. 9256 is amazing! Definitely one of the best on Radiance class ships.
  21. Don’t forget you can also use the app on board to view your onboard account charges and keep track of things to make sure nothing is being charged incorrectly.
