My face got a little sunburnt as it was a last minute decision to go and I didn't have my broad rimmed hat, only a baseball cap. Yesterday and today I can hardly stand on my right foot, bursitis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, covid? Seeing the doc tomorrow for my 6 monthly medicare check up. -

I have sometimes come across racing there in the early hours on TV but it's always been sedans. Wife and I went to a MotoGP at Donington Park once to see fellow Aussie Casey Stoner blitz the field. The British round is now held at Silverton. -

The sidecar passenger is sometimes called a "swinger". Here we used to call them "monkeys" as they climbed all over the back of the driver and for someone to do that, IMHO, would require about the same intelligence.🙄 -
I was disappointed with the MDR Italian pasta dishes on MSC. They tasted somewhat bland except for one dished up a few times in the Lido in a huge wok-like dish which was excellent.

Thanks. Yes, the Peats Ferry bridge I have been over many times over the years. I have often ridden over it on my bikes and sometimes stop, on many Sunday mornings, for an egg and bacon roll just up the road at the Old Road Cafe, formerly the Road Warriors Cafe. Hundreds of bikes and cars gather there on weekends for a run up the Old Pacific Highway. Now to find a pic.

Thank you. I used the distance hint which fitted Greece. In the picture they were wearing light clothing at night which fitted summer in the Mediteranean. The lights were not those of a big city port and the hilly terrain suggested to me the possibility of a Greek island. I Googled Greek island cruise ports and chose the first one on the list - Santorini.
