You can easily get around the port area in a wheelchair. Keep in mind that's it's between a 1/4 mile - 1/2 mile each way to get to the port area. Once there, no worries. The beach is less than 1/4 mile to the left once you get to the port area. Keep in mind it's HOT, with little shade. I say this for the person who's pushing the wheelchair.

CT3 is the newish Carnival terminal. I'm surprised Royal is using it even as a port of call. The Symphony has been using it since its been sailing from Bayonne. Last year the Oasis was doing this run, sailing Sunday-Sunday which means it was stopping at PC on a Tuesday. The Symphony sailings are Friday-Friday (until August), which means stopping in PC on a Sunday. My guess is that CT1 is not available.
