It was always very crowded and while we always found lounge chairs because we are early risers, mid day all of the loungers were taken. There are a lot of very uncomfortable chairs/lounges too which we thought were a waste. And we thought the waiter service could of been better even though we were tipping. We missed the Vibe.
As I mentioned when I started the thread with the prepurchase news, the passes become available to purchase at 90 days before sailing. I believe your sailing is further out.

I know how you feel. Right after I purchased our tickets yesterday, I immediately canceled all of our Haven bids for our upcoming cruise. We are already in a non-Haven suite so we will definitely be going "Haven Lite" and are 100% happy with our decision.
I also have never received the email, but had the banner on the website. This time for our September cruise, I have no banner but did receive the email.

It your sailing is within 60 days, then the penalty is 100%. However, there is a 25% penalty at 119-106 days, 50% penalty at 105-91 days and 75% penalty at 90-61 days.
Thank you. I will contact them today. Originally our time in St. Lucia was 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., but it was just switched to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. so we now have a lot more time.
