We have had Vibe passes for three sailings and on all three, the Vibe was closed down around 6:00 p.m. if memory serves me correct.

Thank you for your information. We are on the Joy 5 night on September 1st and have a non-Haven Suite booked. I have been waiting patiently for the prices to drop to upgrade to the Haven. This morning Haven dropped about $400, but that is not enough for me to grab it.

Following along......we were on the same February sailing and are set to go again in September. Did Vibe sell out? Disappointed there is still confusion about priority embarkation at the terminal. Have an wonderful cruise!

Would love to hear updates also regarding embarkation.

Thank you. This is what we will end up doing then. We do not use NCL air. Just frustrating to me that they are promoting it on the website but are not applying it.

Yes, that is what I want to do. Our sailing is next March so we can cancel and rebook. I emailed my PCC, who I just started using as I always did things on my own. He has not gotten back to me yet. I am just not sure why the discounted fare is not showing up when I do a mock booking

I know that and we currently have a studio booked for him. It is a regular balcony cabin we are interested in with the solo cruise discount.

Yes, it does have the symbol for the date and cabin we would be interested in.

Do you have to call NCL or your PCC to get the solo cruise discount if it is offered on your cruise? Right now we have a studio reserved for our daughter's boyfriend and I noticed that they are offering a solo cruise discount; however, when I price it out myself, the cabin fair is staying the same for both 1 passenger or two passengers.

When we were on the Joy this past February, we met a family that won their upgrade bid for that same suite. They also did not realize it had no balcony when bidding. When they got on board they of course realized it then and went to Guest Relations where they were able to change back to their original cabin category. However, this was February when the ships were sailing practically empty.

Price just went up a little over $300 for our September 1st Joy sailing for our Non-Haven Suite. Haven prices also increased.

When the amenities where taken away last December on the Joy only, I was told it was due to staffing issues. We were given a $200 OBC as when we booked all of the amenities were supposed to be included.

And non-Haven suites should be included too! Notice I said "should be".

Thank you for sharing your experience. We will be sure to stress priority and not use the word suite when it is our turn. As a side note, I grew up in Wantagh.

Thank you. I think this is a great suggestion for the Joy non-Haven suites at the MCT. We are currently booked in one and if we decide to stay in one (waiting to see if the Haven prices drop), we will definitely try this approach.

Thank you for your update on the priority boarding situation (or lack of). When you asked if this was were priority boarding started and they said only for Haven, did you try to correct them and said that suites were entitled to priority boarding also? I have been told that NCL is working to correct the problem, but apparently nothing has been done yet. Love the Nespresso machine also!

I remember you had a suite so was there any priority boarding for you as there were supposed to be?
