Do you have to call NCL or your PCC to get the solo cruise discount if it is offered on your cruise? Right now we have a studio reserved for our daughter's boyfriend and I noticed that they are offering a solo cruise discount; however, when I price it out myself, the cabin fair is staying the same for both 1 passenger or two passengers.

When we were on the Joy this past February, we met a family that won their upgrade bid for that same suite. They also did not realize it had no balcony when bidding. When they got on board they of course realized it then and went to Guest Relations where they were able to change back to their original cabin category. However, this was February when the ships were sailing practically empty.

Price just went up a little over $300 for our September 1st Joy sailing for our Non-Haven Suite. Haven prices also increased.

When the amenities where taken away last December on the Joy only, I was told it was due to staffing issues. We were given a $200 OBC as when we booked all of the amenities were supposed to be included.

Thank you. I think this is a great suggestion for the Joy non-Haven suites at the MCT. We are currently booked in one and if we decide to stay in one (waiting to see if the Haven prices drop), we will definitely try this approach.

Thank you for your update on the priority boarding situation (or lack of). When you asked if this was were priority boarding started and they said only for Haven, did you try to correct them and said that suites were entitled to priority boarding also? I have been told that NCL is working to correct the problem, but apparently nothing has been done yet. Love the Nespresso machine also!

I remember you had a suite so was there any priority boarding for you as there were supposed to be?

We had a Haven suite not in the Haven this past February on the Joy.

We received our invitation to upgrade 110 days out for our September 1, 2022 sailing.

I have been waiting patiently for our Joy cruise in September to start dropping. We booked in March and there has only been one drop which was in early April.

You are welcome. And yes, you were extremely helpful. And no, we switched to the Epic recently. We are traveling with extended family and it got complicated. I put so much work into the planning, but as you stated above, there are so much worse things in life and we are still cruising.

Rooting for her too! We were booked on a March 2023 sailing on the POA and I came across a lot of her posts when planning.

We also enjoy the larger bathroom so for us, yes, it is worth it.
